Cancer is a disease where some of the body’s cells grow uncontrollably and spread to other parts of the body. Normally, cells grow and divide to form new cells as the body needs them. When cells grow old or become damaged, they die, and new cells take their place. However, when cancer develops, this orderly process breaks down. Cells become abnormal, old or damaged cells survive when they should die, and new cells form when they aren't needed. These extra cells can divide without stopping and may form growths called tumors.

What is DCT?
Dendritic Cell Therapy (DCT) is a kind of immunotherapy, as with all immunotherapy, DCT’s aim is to help the body’s immune system to identify your cancer, which in turn allows your body’s killer T-cells to spring into action and hunt down and kill your cancer naturally.
DCT is most effective when it is used to treat small tumors early in the course of cancer treatment. DCT can reduce the size of tumors and increase the effectiveness of other treatments.
